ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for Country Head – Vietnam with strong analytical skills, who will be responsible for developing new contacts, and expanding existing relationships with advertisers / Media agencies and helping them to achieve their goals.
The perfect candidate is an experienced player in the adtech field, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This person can work independently and take ownership and responsibility for the growth and ROI of the accounts.
- Strategic Partnership and Negotiating terms of the deal to onboard Media Agencies / Clients for Branding and Programmatic.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and initiate corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Meet and strengthen partnerships with new and expand existing relationships with advertisers /Media agencies.
- Foster relationships with existing Client / Agency to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Establish pricing models that optimize revenue potential while maintaining competitive positioning in the marketplace.
- Develop team members’ skills to drive results through effective coaching and mentoring techniques.
- Effectively communicate business requirements to the technical team, and vice versa.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- +8 Years of experience in the Vietnam market in media selling.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
- Experience and ability to build a client base from scratch.
- Strong network of clientele in the Vietnam marketplace and an understanding of the key digital players (Brands, agencies etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Educational Qualification Post Graduate in Marketing / Advertisement.
