Sadly this is NOT TRUE AT ALL. I have requested a refund of our funds FIVE different times and am always met with a bullshit excuse that your having tech issues, you cant email, you cant get the site set up, blah blah, blah. What a sham you people are. Trust me, everyone will know that you take money and refuse refunds when you don't deliver on your campaigns!
